Reason for nomination:

• As you drive into Epping from London you meet this long Holly hedge with several large Holly trees growing through the hedge. On an Autumn sunny evening the trees are caught by the setting sun and the red berries look fantastic. A wonderful entrance into Epping. A local garden centre has special permission from the owners to carefully harvest the berries for Christmas decorations.

Remarks & Tree condition:

• On the A104 going out of Epping on the right hand side of the road. The hedge stretches for several hundred yards.
